Financial Arrangements
In an effort to expedite your treatment we have summarized our office policies concerning payment of your account and the processing of your insurance claims. We have established these policies to keep the high cost of billing to a minimum, thereby being able to maintain our fees at a reasonable level.
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. We do accept VISA and MasterCard for your convenience. For patients undergoing comprehensive treatment, three options are available for your consideration.
1. Payment can be made at each appointment for the treatment received that day. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard.
2. Payment for the total treatment fee can be made over a period of time, usually not exceeding a few months. This requires an initial deposit with the balance paid in monthly increments agreed upon in advance.
