Traveling From Points North (Tyrone) on I-99
Exit at Frankstown Road. At the end of the exit ramp turn right at the light onto Frankstown Road. Turn right at the next light onto Park Avenue. Directions from Park Avenue are below.
Traveling From Points North (Greenwood) on Pleasant Valley Blvd.
Driving south on Pleasant Valley Blvd., you will see Pizza Hut on the right and Red Lobster on the left. Turn left at this light. You are now on Frankstown Road. At the third traffic light turn right onto Park Avenue. Directions from Park Avenue are below.
From Park Avenue drive 7/10 mile (past the baseball stadium and the main entrance to Lakemont Park) and turn right into the parking lot. You may park in the lot or drive into the village where limited parking is available. Four parking spots are reserved for patients in front of the office. The office is on the far side of Lakemont Park Blvd. on the left as you enter the village. The office has french doors but enter through the single green door on Lakemont Part Blvd. or Main Street across from Keystone Rehabilitation.
Traveling From Points South (Bedford) on I-99
Exit at Frankstown Road. At the end of the exit ramp go straight through the light (crossing over Frankstown Road). You are now on Park Avenue. Drive 7/10 mile (past the main entrance to Lakemont Park) and turn right into the parking lot. You may park in the lot or drive into the village where limited parking is available. From Hollidaysburg Via Route 36 (Logan Blvd.)
Traveling from Hollidaysburg toward Altoona turn right at the light on Park Avenue. Drive 1/4 mile and you will see a large parking lot on your left. Turn into the parking lot. You may park in the lot or drive into the village where limited parking is available. Four parking spots are reserved for patients in front of the office.
